Welcome to Nourabel. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of nourabel.com and your purchase of products from us (the "Site"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are. Nourabel ("Nourabel," "we," "us") operates the Site. You can reach us any time at .

3. Products and health disclaimer. Nourabel sells dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. 10. Customer reviews and submissions. If you submit a review, photo, or other content, you grant Nourabel a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce it for marketing and on the Site. You confirm the content is truthful, your own, and does not violate anyone's rights. We may remove content at our discretion.
11. Acceptable use. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or others' rights, to introduce malicious code, to scrape or copy content, or to interfere with the Site's operation.

17. Dispute resolution and governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in United States, New York City, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small-claims court. You waive the right to participate in a class action.

19. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect.
